Here is our “Guaranteed Season Policy” for 2022-2023 season passes
- As long as you haven’t used your season pass, you have until November 30 2022 to postpone to the next season or to obtain a complete refund, without any justification, by writing to sutton@montsutton.com. As long as the subscription has not been used.
- After November 30, 2022, it is understood that the sanitary measures decreed by Public Health must be respected at all times. Depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation, it is possible that during the season these measures will change.
- After November 30, 2022, it will no longer be possible to claim reimbursement for health measures, even if the measures change during the season.
In the event of a temporary or complete interruption of the season caused by a government order
For all the SUTTON 2022-2023 passes, here is the policy we have put in place to make sure that your pass remains the most advantageous option for all the Mont SUTTON’s enthusiasts.
At your choice, a credit or a refund will be calculated according to the number of days of operation, including ski days that would have used in the spring:
Days of operation | Refund or credit |
30 days or less | 75 % |
31 to 60 days | 50 % |
61 to 90 days | 25 % |
91 days and more | none |
Please note that the compensation process will be initiated upon confirmation of complete and permanent closure. The customer will have up to 30 days after the permanent closure of the station for the 2022-2023 season to notify sutton@montsutton.com in writing of a request for a refund rather than a credit that would be automatically applied.
The “Guaranteed Season Policy” implemented in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic is not a regular cancellation protection insurance that covers you for injuries, illnesses or professional transfers. See details for regular cancellation protection insurance here.
Note Bene: In the event of a government-required complete closure, a credit or refund for the seasonal rental will be applied based on the above table and lessons prorated for services rendered.
All clients agree to respect the mountain code of conduct and any sanitary restrictions that may be required by the Public Health, which may change along the way. The non-respect of the directives could lead to an eviction of the Mont SUTTON site, and this, without refund. |
