Bar Service Assistant (busboy/busgirl)

 

Roles and responsibilities

 

• Assist servers;
• Clear and clean tables;
• Bring food orders from kitchen to bar;
• Fill refrigerator and restock at end of shift;
• Clean up at closing with other team members;
• Replace beer kegs (before, during and after shift);
• Assist other bar staff as needed;
• Any other related duties.

 

The list of duties is not exhaustive and represents an overview of the tasks the incumbent will have to perform.

Good physical condition (ability to lift beer kegs (100-150 lbs))

Hours and duration

 

• Seasonal employment;
• Part-time position (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday);
• Must be available to work days and evenings;
• Start at the beginning of the season.
